Hampshire Masters County Championships 2026 - 800 Freestyle SC

Returning to the Basingstoke Aquadrome for my first short course meet of 2026, I kicked things off with the 800m freestyle. Despite battling a migraine that made every stroke feel tough, I was relieved to finish and even happier to find I was only 0.52 seconds slower than last year. I’ll definitely take that as a win!

BWSC Masters National Qualifier Meet 2026 - 400 Freestyle LC

Race-day excitement at my local pool, the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, where I competed in the 400m freestyle (long course) and came away with a new PB. While longer distances suit me better, I was genuinely thrilled with this swim.

MASIC OASI Birth Injury Support Group Guildford

A huge thank you to Katie Brook-Baker from Qufora for visiting our support group and guiding us through their extensive range of rectal irrigation systems. Finding ways to manage incontinence following an OASI (Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury) is so important, and having practical strategies can make a real difference in coping with challenging circumstances.

While the idea of transanal irrigation can appear to be daunting, it can also offer a highly effective way to manage the unpredictable nature of incontinence. This workshop proved invaluable and was greatly appreciated.
