It was a privilege to attend the AAPG meeting for Bladder and Bowel Continence Care and represent MASIC

Accessing continence care is one of the most significant challenges within the wider reality of living with a perineal injury. From lived experience of both bladder and bowel incontinence as a result of birth injury, I know how profoundly it can affect every aspect of daily life—physically, emotionally, and socially. The right support isn’t just important—it’s life-changing.

Wakeboarding in Rhodes

This month, I hit a major milestone since becoming an ostomate, getting back to an active watersports holiday! Windsurfing and wakeboarding topped the list, and after ten years from first trying wakeboarding, it felt amazing to ride the water again.
