My teaching extends beyond my specialist interests in Women's Health, pelvic floor, and stomas.

I offer three styles of Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga adapted to your ability and preferences. I teach one-to-one sessions and small group classes. My speciality is creating a yoga practise just for you, shaped around what you want from your yoga, offering a truly individual experience.
